Frozen berries with white choc
Some of Annabel's favourite recipes, produced so that you can cook along with her step by step. Simply pause the video whilst you complete that stage and enjoy some fantastic dishes for all the family.
Recipe :
500 g(1 lb 2 oz) mixed frozen berries - blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrant
142ml (4 1/2 fl oz) carton double cream
140 g (5 oz) white chocolate
Put the berries on a tray with grease proof paper and place in the freezer for a couple of hours until semi frozen.
Melt the white chocolate together with the double cream in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Don't allow the base of the bowl to come into contact with the water as this may curdle the cream.
Stir until the chocolate has melted into the cream.
Scatter the frozen fruits on four plates or in shallow bowls.
Pour over the hot chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
Simple, scrumptious and definitely one for mum.
